Industrial Architecture

Accomplished at industrial architectural design, especially in plan layout and industrial building design, CISDI finds itself in Chongqing Steel, Baosteel, PZH, Ansteel, WISCO, KISCO, NISCO and other 100 domestic steel plants, as well as a number of building designs other than steel industry such as Chongqing Qingling Carmaker, Chongqing Nokia Cellphone Maker, Chongqing ABB Transformer Plant. The past 5 decades saw remarkable scores in these regards by CISDI.

CISDI has designed the industrial architecture for more than 200 domestic and overseas large- & medium-scale steel enterprises and non-steel enterprises.

Architectural Design
Being good at various kind of industrial architecture design, plant-wide living and welfare architecture design, and general civilian architecture design, particularly large-scale heavy industry workshop design. Having a very good command of advanced technology in space combination & plastic arts of big workshops, natural ventilation design & different kind of skylight design, roof water-proof & drainage design, pressed metal plate enclusure structure design, workshop heat preservation & insulation design, and corrosion-resistance design etc.

Soil Survey and Foundation Design
Having powerful competence and rich experience in various kinds of soil study and foundation design. Especially possessing abundant practical experience on deep & thick soft soil groundwork, karst & earth cave groundwork, rock groundwork and others, as well as landslide prevention design, supporting design for different kinds of complex field of foundation pit and so on.

Reinforced Concrete Structure Design
Specializd in and completed RC structure design of different kind of single-floor & multi-floor workshops and erected buildings (including revamping and reinforced design). Having rich experience in special structure design of RC chimney and water tower, as well as underground concrete configuration design of underground continuous wall and large-scale sinking well etc.

Steel Structure Design
Specializd in and completed steel structure design of different kind of one-floor & multi-floor workshops (including revamping and reinforced design), and special steel structure design of BF, chimney & water tower. Particularly having rich experience in designing ultra-heavy workshop steel structure which holds 450t crane and 4000m3 ultra-large BF steel structure, and capability of undertaking the steel structure design of extra high buildings (e.g. Approximately 300m high Chongqing Marriort Building) and space net rack with big span (e.g. dry coal shed in stock yard of Baosteel with its span 83m).

Earthquake-proof Design
Having design experience in construction of large-scale steel enterprises in 6,7 & 8 Richter-scale seismic zones, and in 9 Richter-scale seismic zone for construction of small steel experimental base.
