CISDI Automation is a division of CISDI Engineering Co., Ltd. that deals in automation system business covering LV/HV power transmission/distribution, electric drive, automation detecting instrument, ITV, communication, railway signal, process computer, project design of MES and ERP, control software development, hardware system integration, etc. Integration of design and system for whole process and multiple disciplines from concept design, equipment design, workshop drawing, software programming to commissioning on site has been realized. MES System
CISDI Automation provides clients with customized and complete MES system as per process requirements, with core functions such as ERP’s order control, quality control, material demand, production plan control, as well as other functions like operation scheduling control, production process tracking and supervision, real production data collection, real time data base. Production information is issued in B/S mode. Real time and historic production conditions are indicated with graphics and texts, so that logistics and information flow during production process can be combined perfectly to realize a real digitalized plant production.
CISDI Automation has got rich experience in MES by its own research and development and engineering practice. Up to now CISDI has supplied 11 MES systems for clients, and has cooperated with Broner (UK) and introduced Broner’s production plan and scheduling modules to have a seamless connection between CISDI Automation’s MES modules and Broner’s production plan and scheduling modules, therefore CISDI Automation is in a position to supply an MES integrated with automatic scheduling and production control.
CISDI Automation has begun research and development of “Iron-making MES”, “Steel-making MES”, “Rolling mill MES”, “MES integration of Steel-making–Hot rolling mill” since 2000. Steel-making MES is widely used in steel plants in China and has won the first prize - Excellent Computer Software in Chongqing.
