National Design Master Mr. Liang Liqun
Graduated from Beijing Iron & Steel Institute in 1954, being awarded as the specialist enjoying Special Subsidy of State Council in 1991, and granted the honorable title of "National Design Master of China" in 1994, Mr. Liang Liqun has worked for more than 40 years in iron & steel engineering design. He has successively acted as the technical leader, such as the team leader of site engineering group, chief engineering designer, and Chief Engineer of CISDI. In the meantime, he has presided over many important engineering designs, organized to solve lots of key and complicated engineering technical problems, making an outstanding achievement in iron & steel technology particularly in hot rolling, as well as great contribution to the development of iron & steel industry of China. National Design Master Mr. Xiang Zhongyong
Graduated from Northeast University in 1957, being awarded as the specialist enjoying Special Subsidy of State Council since 1992, and recommended as consulting expert in metallurgical science & technology in 1994, Mr. Xiang Zhongyong was granted with the title of National Design Master in engineering and prospecting circle of China in 2004. From 1984 to 1989, he participated in the process and equipment design of No. 2 BF of Baosteel, which received award from the State Council for importing and digesting technology of major equipment; from 1986 to 1989, he participated in the preliminary process design and construction drawings design of No. 5 BF (1200m3) of Chongqing Iron & Steel Corp., which received Silver award from former MMI; from 1989 to 1994, he took charge of the preliminary process design, construction drawings design and on-site construction services of No. 3 BF (1200m3) of Baosteel, which received Gold award for prime design.
